This is our most elite program. Fit and Strong is designed for people that want to legitimately increase their strength, put on actual muscle mass, get leaner, and simply lift heavy things. We don't throw things around and we definitely don't do things for time. This is a heavy lifting group designed for beginners, recreational lifters, and competitive athletes looking to do things the right way, in a very non-intimidating, positive setting, with proper education and guidance. This program is meant to challenge you in all the right ways by working on your weaknesses and by pushing you out of your comfort zone. We're extremely different from any other strength program. CLASSES ARE DESIGNED AS A 'PAY PER MONTH' OPTION AND REQUIRES PAYMENT AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH. "PLEASE NOTE: YOU CAN JOIN AT ANYTIME,  AND YOUR RATE WILL BE PRORATED ACCORDINGLY. 

*Ages 16+ are eligible for participation.

*Classes are non-refundable and must be used within three months of the date of purchase. All rates are based on a 60 minute class session.

*Flexible payment plans are available. All payments are secured through PayPal, Credit card, personal check, or cash accepted onsite.
