Being strong doesn't have to mean tight. Joint mobility and muscle flexibility play a huge role in not only preventing injuries but becoming a better lifter. Finally focus on the area you probably struggle with most. 

Proper mechanics, technique, and safety are absolute top priority. Here, you'll learn how to perform every lift correctly through detailed education,  structured progressions, and individualized programming.

This is our most elite program. Fit and Strong is designed for people that want to legitimately increase their strength, put on actual muscle mass, get leaner, and simply lift heavy things. We don't throw things around and we definitely don't do things for time. This is a heavy lifting group designed for beginners, recreational lifters, and competitive athletes looking to do things the right way, in a very non-intimidating, positive setting, with proper education and guidance. This program is meant to challenge you in all the right ways by working on your weaknesses and by pushing you out of your comfort zone. We're extremely different from any other strength program.
