Revival Fitness & Rehab is very pleased to offer it's first, official Spring Health & Fitness challenge!

 

This 8-week health challenge comes to you after long success with our adult team training program, Fit for Life, and the idea to motivate new people in our area through a unique and creative point system. Here's how it works:

The structure of this challenge is fairly simple; you make an effort to improve 6 designated health components and you will be awarded corresponding points. The individuals with the highest point tallies at the end of the 8 weeks will win prizes like a FitBit, hour massage, Sheetz gift card, and more!

Now that the weather is warming up, it’s time to come out of hibernation! In our attempts to rid ourselves of excess winter fat and look better for summer time, a structured program is a must! We need to prepare our bodies to not only look better but to improve our overall movement for the increase in activities levels coming up. You’re tired of the different “diets” not working and wasting money on a gym membership you’re not using. Learn to eat better, move more, and gain your confidence back in a program that’s designed for people just like you. This is about real life, not some game. All you have to do is show up! Everything else is taken care of. Revive yourself for summer and ultimately for LIFE!

Health Components & Scoring -

NUTRITION - Eat consistent, well-balanced meals 

HYDRATION - Drink ounces of water equal to 1/3-1/2 your body weight

EXERCISE - Move and be active for at least 20 minutes 

SLEEP - Rest over 7 hours at night 

BODY COMPOSITION - Decrease body fat and increase muscle tone

HEART - Lower your resting heart rate

SOCIAL MEDIA - Post about Revival and your success

BONUS POINTS - Offered in 3 categories for great behavior

INDULGENCE - Less food cheating = more points

MOVEMENT - Exercise 6 out of 7 days

SLEEP - 7 hours of rest 6 out of 7 days

APRIL 10 - JUNE 2
Morning: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 6:30 am
Evening: Monday, Wednesday - 5:30 pm, Thursday - 6 pm
There are both morning and evening classes offered. You can stick with one timeframe or mix and match. As long as you get your workouts in!   
You then have the choice of attending 2 days per week or 3 days per week. Choose what best suits your schedule and goals!  

Workouts

You'll choose to follow the beginner/intermediate workout or intermediate/advanced workout during each session

 

Tyler will explain each exercise and assist you throughout the entire workout so there’s no need to be afraid

After being led through a group warmup, you will work your way down through the workout you chose at your own pace

All levels are welcomed! Especially beginners that think they’re “too far gone” or that haven’t worked out in decades

Workouts include full body exercises and can be made as easy/hard as desired

Location & Facility Description

The facility is a warehouse design with an open concept, divided into three large workout areas. The entire premise is private and is only open to clients, thus allowing for unmatched privacy and exclusiveness!

Scoring Points

Participants will track and record daily health components on given spreadsheet
Points will be awarded for positive behaviors and deducted for negative ones
Fitness wearables will be very helpful in tracking and are encouraged to use
Detailed point system will be reviewed once individual signs up for program
There are also opportunities each week to earn bonus points for consistent living
Participants with the most points at the end of the 8 weeks will win a FitBit, hour massage, Sheetz gift card, and more!
