Community-based Running program designed for All-level Runners.

  WHAT IS                          ?    

This program was designed to help people become better at running through structured group classes, individualized pace times, support, and specific education. Fit for Running is group running with an individualized focus. Whether you’re looking to train a certain race or just want to run and have fun, this group is for all types of runners! 

 

 

The current schedule is as follows: 

Monday/Wednesday 6:30pm

Tuesday/Thursday 5:30pm

Saturday 6am 

Each class will consist of a timed or specified-distance run. During each class, there will usually be 3 different options to choose from, time or distance wise, so that you can do something more relative to your abilities and current running level: beginner, intermediate, or advanced. 

 

Each running day is a different type of workout, with some days being longer runs, some being track days, some being speed/tempo runs, and others in between. You will be pushed and challenged during each, but nothing more than you can handle! 

 

Don’t worry though, we don’t run as one giant group the entire time. That way, no one will be holding other people back and you can do your own thing. Get the support and accountability of group running with personal motivation and total individualization. 

 

We use our expertise to help you figure out a perfect starting point so that you know what paces and distances you should be shooting for during our different runs. We also guide you along with running nutrition, form education, injury prevention/treatment, and running gear direction. 

 

And remember, this isn’t strictly running, especially for those that are new. There’s definitely going to be a mixture of walking and running for some. Our objective here is to simply improve and increase our endurance, speed, overall running efficiency, and even comfort level. Never be ashamed to walk when necessary!

CLASSES ARE DESIGNED AS A 'PAY PER MONTH' OPTION AND REQUIRES PAYMENT AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH MONTH. "PLEASE NOTE: YOU CAN JOIN AT ANYTIME,  AND YOUR RATE WILL BE PRORATED ACCORDINGLY. 

*As a professional courtesy, we require a minimum of 12 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the class in session.

*Classes are non-refundable and must be used within one year from the date of purchase. All rates are based on a 30-90 minute class session.

*Flexible payment plans are available. All payments are secured through PayPal, Check sent to location mailing address or Cash on site.
