What is EmpowHer?

Welcome to Revival's Women-Focused Program! Starting January 4th, we are officially launching our EmpowHer program. EmpowHer is designed to help women of all ages, sizes, and interests here in Blair County get in better shape, gain more confidence, and feel better about themselves in a supportive, family-like environment.

Within this awesome program, we will have a variety of classes, trainings, workshops, community building, education, and lots of life-changing success!

  • Mom Fit: Weekly fitness classes designed for mothers, both pre-natal and post-natal. This is a well-deserved hour of "You Time." We focus on strengthening your body in a safe, efficient way so that helps restore your confidence and capabilities. We also focus a lot on nutrition, body-image, purpose, and overall mindset.

  • Female Strength & Conditioning: Weekly weight-training classes to help women get stronger, learn how to safely and properly lift, and to show women that they can lift heavier weights and not get "bulky." The class is designed as a self-paced structure and allows for all experience levels. No intimidation or judgement!

  • Small Group Personal Training: Individualized personal training in fun groups of 3-6 ladies. This is much more private and customized approach, while still being budget friendly. Plus, it's great for accountability and fun!

  • Workshops/Seminars/Celebrations: Consistent events for women to educate, empower, and inspire.

Who is EmpowHer For?

Have you ever felt lost or felt like you weren't enough? Maybe you've lost sight of who you are and you're having trouble getting your old self back. Maybe you're missing a sense of purpose and lack the confidence you really want. Or maybe you just feel stuck and don't know where to go.

There's so much pressure for you as a woman to always be at your best; to always look perfect, act certain ways, and carry everything on your shoulders. But the reality is that most days it feels like you're barely holding it together.

Even within health and fitness world, there are constant double standards and biases. It's all about how a woman looks and the superficial aspects. If you Google something like "women fitness" you get a giant list of super skinny girls in sports bras and tight, little booty shorts.

But that’s not reality, is it ladies? Not even close. It’s insulting and discouraging, to be quite honest. And it’s hard to find a gym and environment that legitimately welcomes women of all shapes, sizes, and skill levels. A place that can help in all kinds of ways and finally give you the answers, guidance, and results you’ve been hoping for. It's hard to find programs that are designed for women like you and that understand where you're coming from. Now, that doesn't mean you can't be proud of your body or show it off. Of course you can, we celebrate you! All we're saying is that how your body looks shouldn't be the main focus. You are worth way more than how you look in your underwear!


In a world filled with unlimited information, it’s hard to know what to do or where to start. “What exercises should I be doing?” “What food should I be eating?” “Why am I not seeing results?” “Why does it seem like everyone else is having success except for me?”


Regardless of what you’re struggling with right now as a human being and as a female, we want you to know that you’re not alone. And more importantly, we want to fill you with hope that brighter times are coming soon.

We want to help you feel stronger, more capable, better conditioned, more confident, and less stressed.

  • Small Group Personal Training - 3-6 Ladies (Price is per person, per month)

    • 1 Day/Week - $90 ($22.50/session)

    • 2 Days/Week - $160 ($20/session)

    • 3 Days/Week - $205 ($17/session)
